Beaty

Beaty is a new and vibrant community that is perfect for families. There are street signs and neighbourhood boundary markers along Derry Road depicting horses and farm fences, paying homage to the working farms that once occupied this area. Beaty, which is located in Milton’s urban centre, is bounded by Derry Road to the north, Louis St. Laurent Avenue to the south, Thompson Road to the west, and James Snow Parkway to the east. Twelve neighborhood parks are located in the Beaty neighbourhood, including Beaty Neighbourhood Park North and South, which form a continuous green corridor running through the centre of the community.
