Derry Green Business Park

The Milton Urban Expansion region, which is east of the Bristol Survey, has the Derry Green Corporate Business Park. Until 2021, the Park will be able to absorb the majority of our job expansion. This will be the second of the Halton Urban Structure Plan’s two designated job districts. The area is approximately 800 hectares (2,000 acres) in size and is bordered on the north by Highway 401 and the middle branch of Sixteen Mile Creek, on the east by Sixth Line, on the south by the Centre tributary of the middle branch of Sixteen Mile Creek, and on the west by James Snow Pkwy (Regional Rd. 4).
