Willmont, also known as Willmott, is located in Milton’s southwest corner. The construction of homes in this neighbourhood began in 2010. Townhouses, semi-detached dwellings, and single-detached homes make up the housing stock. A district hospital, a retirement home, a sports facility and multi-use playing fields, as well as an abundance of green space, are all located in the area. On Louis St Laurent Ave, there is a small shopping area.
